Location, location, location!!!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff during my recent stay at Four Point by Shereton Manhatton SoHo Village. Two teams in particular demonstrated remarkable professionalism and integrity, leaving a profound impression on me. Housekeeping Staffs - Evelyn, Angela, Edith, and Fernanda. I was deeply moved by an act of outstanding honesty from your housekeeping team members on May 19th 2025. I accidentally left a new dress purchased from Sakes Fifth Avenue in the room. Above staffs discovered the item and immediately reported it to the lost-and-found department without hesitation. Their integrity and quick action safeguarded my property and saved me from significant inconvenience. Desk Staff - Angie Gjeli Angie is the person received my call on May 21st after I found out the missing item. She immediately retrieved the data and asked me to describe the item. After confirmation of the details, she sent me a swift message with all the details for UPS to pickup. I was impressed with her genuine warmth and efficiency. I also want to bring special attention to the management how she severed the other guests from my observation during my short stay in your hotel. She asked Kitchen to prepare the coffee earlier when the coffee is only ¼ left in order to save the guests' waiting time. She also carried the guest's surfing board to help the guest to checkout, believe me the surfing board was extremely heavy. Even during the busy periods, she maintained patience and professionalism, ensuring every guest felt valued.

Unbelievable staff and I wish I could honor them personally as human beings and not employees and staff … it’s a disservice to rate hotels as they are not an entity .. only humans and human experience and interactions are. So to rate a hotel and rate its employees is useless unless these beautiful beings at the desk at housekeeping individually can be rated. Unless there are means to identify them by their face because I don’t even know nor recall how many wonderful humans were so exceptionally kk d and compassionate, it’s useless to leave reviews for corporate organizations like hotels

The location is pretty good. Nearby to everything you need. Not far from supermarkets, deli, restaurants, and shops. Within 10-minute walk, it will bring you anywhere. And I personally love the neighborhood, full of nice cafes and shops. Bathroom is clean which is a plus.

Fabulous location, just off the subway with a direct line to Penn Station. We walked down to Chinatown and Little Italy, over to Washington Square, as well as up to the Whitney Art Museum. A great place to explore Greenwich Village and Soho on foot. The room was generously sized, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The gym looked decent (we didn't use it) and coffee and tea were available in the lobby and in the room. We were also able to open the window a little for fresh air. We were able to check in early, too, which was great. Great lotion and shampoo in the bathroom and everything super clean.
